   How much does an 'EXTRA Room' cost?
Rental is $49 per week. Minimum term of 3 months and a delivery fee applies.

   How are payments made?
All payments are made in advance and paid, by Automatic Payments, directly from your bank.  Payments can be made fortnightly, or monthly ~ it's up to you.

  Do I need to pay a bond?
No, we only ask that you pay rental at least 2 weeks in advance.

  Is there a delivery charge?
Yes, we charge $170 for delivery anywhere in the Manawatu or Horowhenua.  For other areas, please call to discuss your requirements.

  Who pays for any damage?
Damage is your responsibility, however allowance is made for “fair wear and tear”.

  What is the minimum rental period?
Three months.  However, if you require an EXTRA Room for a shorter period, please call us to discuss options.

  Is there a contact to sign?
Yes.  A legally binding contact is required to be signed on or before delivery day.

  Do I need a permit or consent?
No, not usually.  However local council rules do vary and it depends what you plan to use your EXTRA Room for.  It is your responsibility to obtain any permits required by your local council.

  How is the cabin delivered?
Your EXTRA Room will be delivered on a specially designed tandem trailer.

 

  How much access do I need?

You will need reasonable access to the site for a 6m trailer plus the vehicle towing it.  As your EXTRA Room is quite high when loaded on the trailer, you will also need appoximately 3.3 metres overhead clearance.  Overhead wires, trees or even house eves can sometimes cause problems so, if in doubt, please call us to discuss your site.

  What site preparations are required?
You will need a reasonably level site approximately 3 metres wide and 5 metres long.

  How is power supplied?
The 15m heavy duty power lead with R.C.D. ( Residual Current Device) connects to a standard three pin plug.

  You mentioned 'orientation'.  Does that mean I have a choice?
Yes, we have two different styles to choose from.  They both provide the same floor area, but we can help you to select the style best suited to your needs and your section.  Visit this link for more details.

 

  Does cabin rental include furniture?
No, it is simply an empty room.  However, curtain track is installed ready for your use.
